Karmick Solutions offer 7 days free trial for designing and other major services. In this scheme the clients have to make an advance payment for 7 days service which is subject to proportionate refund in case the customers are unhappy with the quality of work. The customers are requested to communicate the dissatisfaction to the respective account manager within the 6th day,  for processing of the refund.

For instance, if you hire a designer on weekly basis and feel dissatisfied with the work in the first few days, you need to inform that within the 6th day so that we have enough time to work out a solution. If a client informs us on the 7th day that he or she is dissatisfied with the work , no refund will be made in that case.

Termination of contract due to quality

If  by any chance you are not satisfied with the quality of the work, we will provide you with an immediate replacement. You are also free to terminate the contract within the first 7 days and we will offer 100% refund in that case.

Termination of contract due to delay in allocation

After you make the initial payment, we try our best to allocate a designer within a week. Please remember that a lead-time of 1 week is essential for making preparations prior to the beginning of an assignment. Nothing is charged from the customer for the lead-time of 7 days. We begin charging from the date of real allocation.

If, by chance we are unable to start off within a week of your first payment, we will inform you before the end of the week. In such a situation you are free to terminate the contract or wait for an allottment. Moreover, you get a 100% refund in case of contract termination.

**NB: Refunds are made within 3 working days.
